- Is hosting included in the price?
- Yes. Website hosting is included in your plan, so you don't need to arrange separate hosting.
- Is there a lock-in contract?
- No. There is no lock-in contract. You can opt out of the monthly plan at any time and manage your website yourself.
- Can I update my website myself?
- Yes. All our websites include an admin CMS, allowing you to manage and update your website content yourself.
- How long does it take to build a website?
- Depending on the size and requirements of your website, we can typically build a website in as little as 1 day and up to 3 weeks.
- Will my website be search-engine friendly?
- Yes. SEO foundations are included with all websites, helping your site be properly structured for search engines. For businesses looking for more advanced results, you can also purchase our SEO & Local Search service for additional optimisation, local visibility and ongoing SEO support.
- Can I pay the upfront cost in instalments?
- Yes. If you prefer, the upfront cost can be paid over 3 monthly instalments, in addition to your regular monthly plan fee.
- Do you provide the source code?
- Yes. You own your website and its source code.
- What happens after the site launches?
- If your plan includes a monthly fee, we manage your website for you, including hosting, updates, backups and website monitoring. You still own your website and source code, and there is no lock-in contract. If you decide to manage the website yourself, you can opt out of the monthly service.
- Do you work with businesses outside Australia?
- Yes, absolutely! We work with businesses both in Australia and internationally. Wherever your business is located, we can help you build and manage your website.
